Five stars for beautiful flowers and excellent service! Long Beach Flowers were so patient when they couldn't get through to my daughter because I had made a mistake in the telephone number! They kindly emailed me here in UK and we got it sorted! My daughter loves the soft colours of the flowers! Long Beach flowers answered all my emails really promptly; their customer service is above and beyond! Thankyou so much!

WOW! I requested a custom bouquet for a friend’s birthday and the arrangement is beyond my expectations for such a reasonable price. When I’ve requested custom orders from other shops in the past, I don’t know what the end result looks like. I loved that Long Beach Flowers sent a photo before delivery. Highly recommend!! Edited to add another photo of a second order from Long Beach Flowers. The bouquet is stunning!! I continue to be impressed by their dedicated to customer service and floral design. Wow!

I ordered a pastel deluxe bouquet through their website and it was so easy to order and pick up. My only issue is they don’t have examples of what the bouquet looks like so I just had to go off previous review photos. The bouquet was beautiful and massive. Definitely a deluxe bouquet. My mom loved it. The photo is what they sent me via email on the day I was picking it up and then human for size comparison.

Great service and Great people to work with!! We were quoted a price, and the young lady worked with me to have the ribbon included in the price. Flowers were made on time and looked beautiful! I will absolutely use this flower shop again

What a gorgeous flower arrangement your team made yesterday! I think the preview picture sent by your team didn’t even do it justice - when in direct light the colors were breathtaking (I took the picture below at home). My friend was very happy with her gift. I ordered via phone and paid in person 24+ hours before pick up. I gave your team general instructions and then trusted - your team is very talented! Thank you for your great attention to detail!

Great experience! Totally gorgeous and high quality arrangement with excellent customer service and reasonable prices! The bouquet was exactly what I had hoped for and the florist was highly responsive to the notes I had included in the order. I appreciated the personalized phone call when the arrangement was being delivered as well as the photos that were texted and emailed. Exceptional experience from start to finish. I ordered a pastel flower bouquet, and both the person who received it and I absolutely loved it! The arrangement was beautiful, elegant, and full of life. I also want to thank the team for their kindness and excellent customer service. Even though I’m in another country, they went out of their way to find someone who spoke my language to make the process easier and clearer. Truly outstanding service — I highly recommend them!

I was really impressed with everything about this order—the person taking the order was pleasant and helpful, I was VERY pleasantly surprised that the promised to create the arrangement AND DELIVER in an hour and 15 minutes and kept the promise! The price for the flowers and delivery was reasonable and the arrangement itself was lovely. Great experience—thanks!

Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Best value in town, and the prettiest, healthiest roses I have seen in a long time. I ordered 2 dozen roses, and 3 days later they still look exactly the same. Was able to have them delivered on Valentine's Day, and the delivery fee was less than half of what I am used to paying through one of the big guys. Please use your local florists, I feel like I have really found a gem here. I'm a customer of Long Beach Flowers for life now. Picture was taken on 2/17.

I had a wonderful experience ordering this bouquet. I placed the order online from Istanbul for my husband who lives in Signal Hill, and the entire process was very smooth and easy. The website was simple to use, and I really appreciated the clear communication throughout the process. I received helpful updates about the preparation and delivery, and I was especially impressed that they sent a photo of the bouquet once it was ready. The flowers delivered looked exactly like the photo beautifully arranged with great care and attention to detail. It meant a lot to be able to send something special from so far away, and everything was handled very professionally. My husband loved the flowers, and I truly appreciate the quality and service.
